Our Reception Area.

In our reception area our team is ready to answer all your questions.

We will get you tickets for concerts, museums or spas, and organize walking or Nordic walking tours according to your wishes. We will give you information on guided tours in nature, to traditional vineyards or city tours. If you are staying with us, you can use buses and trains for free right down to Basel using your Schwarzwald Guest Card (Kurkarte). Excluded are IC, ICE and cable cars as well as certain mountain railways.
